Missing Screw
In the event of a screw missing from your computer, the first step would be to determine if the missing screw is affecting the functionality of your device. If you believe that a replacement screw is necessary please submit a ticket for further assistance.
When submitting the ticket please include the following information to assist us in the process:
- Make and model of your computer.
- Which screw is missing.
- Please include a picture of where the screw is missing from.
